OUR SAUCES

ZHUG – A Yemenite fresh and zesty green condiment, with fresh herbs, chili pepper, olive oil, lemon, and spices.

HARISSA – A north African red pepper sauce

TOOM – A pungent garlic, lemon and oil emulsion, a Levantine aioli

FC POMEGRANATE BBQ SAUCE – Our original BBQ sauce crafted on a ruby pomegranate juice base to deliver sweet, tangy, smoky and mild heat

SALSA ROJA (ARBOL-GUAJILLO) – A southwest sauce of arbol and guajillo chilis

SALSA VERDE (TOMATILLO-JALAPENO) – A southwest sauce of tomatillo and jalapeno

CHILI OIL – Asian style chili oil of arbor guajillo and garlic

OUR PICOS

PICO DE GALLO – Our fresh take on a south of the border classic, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro

PICO DE PICKLE – Diced up assorted pickles, to provide the perfect pickly punch of brine, mild vinegary acidity, saltiness and sweetness, and mild heat

MEDITERRANEAN PICO – A classic Mediterranean bite chaser with diced cucumbers, tomatoes and mint

PICO DE SERRANO – Finely diced seasonal hot peppers in olive oil and herbs. Drizzle it with caution.

ALEPPO PICO – A classic grilled protein pairing with Italian parsley, thinly shaved onions and sumac.

KIMCHI-CABBAGE – Not really a Pico in the sense of a diced condiment, this fermented Korea delight loaded with probiotics is great on its own or as a chaser to rich and savory proteins
