The founders of Pita Jungle are adding Mexican flair to their iconic Mediterranean cuisine at their latest concept dubbed Feta Cowboy, which opened late last year.

When I heard the team behind Pita Jungle was opening a fusion concept restaurant combining Mediterranean and Southwestern flavors, I was perplexed, intrigued and excited. If you’ve been in the Valley for any length of time, you know you simply can’t go wrong with the healthy and scrumptious menu at Pita Jungle! So, I headed off into the sunset with my partner for dinner at Feta Cowboy.

From the team behind Arizona’s longtime favorite Pita Jungle comes Feta Cowboy. The fast-casual dining concept, now open in the McClintock Fountains retail plaza in Tempe, blends the Mediterranean and the Southwest in signature bowls, burritos, and pitas, as well as a variety of dips and seven flavorful sauces.
