The founders of Pita Jungle have opened their newest concept, the fast casual Feta Cowboy in Tempe’s McClintock Fountains at McClintock & Warner Rds.

PHOENIX – A new Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant is now open in south Tempe.

“The Feta Cowboy is pita meets tortilla,” says Bassel Osmani, who opened Pita Jungle with his friends from Arizona State University in 1994. “It’s carne asada meets shawarma. It’s wraps meets tortas.”

Capital Asset Management has announced its partnership with Pita Jungle’s creative team — Bassel Osmani, Fouad Khodr, and Nelly Kohsok — to bring an exciting new culinary venture, Feta Cowboy, to Metro Phoenix.

The team behind Pita Jungle is set to introduce a new concept in the Valley before the end of the year that is meant to connect with a younger demographic as well as usher in the company’s new commercial real estate development strategy.
